Cogan Management and Consultancy Pte Ltd is primarily a human resource management company which services the needs of companies in need of manpower and also people in search of job placement opportunities.
While Cogan has an office in Singapore, we have set up this website to extend our services to overseas companies.
Currently, our human resource comes from:
Singapore, Philippines, India, China, Myanmar and Malaysia
With this website, we hope to reach out to foreign candidates outside these regions and to present companies with a better scope of choice when they seek for manpower.
Due to the capabilities of a website, we have made it very easy for both the employer and the job seeker to find what they want.
There are basically 3 channels in our website to find what you want.
1st Channel - Employees Search
This is a search feature which allows employers in need of manpower to search our database for the right candidate.
2nd Channel - Job Search
This is a feature which allows job seekers to enter their particulars in our resume forms. These resumes will then be posted onto our website. We will start searching for job placement for you and revert ASAP.
Note: The above 2 services do not require upfront payment. However, upon successfully creating a job opportunity, we will charge a commission.
3rd Channel - Job Ads
This feature is for employers and job seekers who either can't wait or still can't find who or what they want after zillions of light years. Job ads can be posted here for a nominal fee, and both employer and job seeker are free to contact each other at their own discretion.
Administrative Services
We believe that the last thing a company owner wants to bother about is the mountainous amount of paperwork which can generate from hiring a foreign worker. Cogan takes all these right out of your hands and settles all administrative work involved in application of work permits and employment passes for foreign workers.
